International netball at its best is coming to Auckland this month in what promises to be a fascinating International Quad Series involving New Zealand’s Silver Ferns, Australia’s Diamonds, the Spar Proteas from South Africa and the England Roses.
Double header at the Vector Arena
The tournament kicks off with a double header at Auckland’s Vector Arena and this will be the first chance to see all four teams in action on the same day. It all kicks off on Saturday 27 August with the first centre pass taking place at 3.15pm as Australia will take on South Africa. Following straight on from this game with a 5.15pm centre pass will be the Silver Ferns taking on England and fans can attend this double header and witness some of the world’s best netball players up close and personal.
All nations are currently in the process of naming their squads for the series which will also see games played in Hamilton, Adelaide and Melbourne with the tournament finishing n Sunday 4 September with a double header in Melbourne where the Silver Ferns will close out against arch rival Australia in what promises to be a thrilling end to this top international tournament.
